December recall roundup: Navistar, Mack recalls affect 14,500 rigs

Navistar is recalling more than 12,500 International DuraStar, WorkStar, HV and MV trucks for an engine issue. Mack is recalling more than 1,900 TerraPro, Anthem, Granite and Pinnacle trucks for headlight and steering issues.
